- Requirements -
- Relevant experience in - B2B Sales- to lead team of 8-10 executives pan-India. Tier1/2 B-School with 3-4 years experience.
- Track record of ramping up sales in previous assignments
- Experience in solutions sales
- Keen observer of market conditions & sales influencing factors.
- A self-starter - you don- t fold under pressure, in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solver - you can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way, you get things done fast in a scrappy way.
- A multi-tasker - able to go from sales and marketing to content gathering and customer support, and you- re excited to flex each of these muscles.
- An excellent sales person & manager - comfortable with identifying and closing leads, managing end-to-end client relationships, motivating sales force.
