Head Sales for SaaS Product Start-Up

Role :

- Responsible for overall Sales Function through a team of city sales managers

- Own Manage and drive the sales targets

- Sales force development - hiring, training managing & motivating

- Set up processes for driving & monitoring sales performance per territory / per person

- Ideas and strategies to drive consistent sales performance

Requirements :

- Track record of ramping up sales in previous assignments

- Experience in solutions sales

- Keen observer of market conditions & sales influencing factors.

- A self-starter - you don- t fold under pressure, in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

- A problem-solver - you can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way, you get things done fast in a scrappy way.

- A multi-tasker - able to go from sales and marketing to content gathering and customer support, and you- re excited to flex each of these muscles.

- An excellent sales person & manager - comfortable with identifying and closing leads, managing end-to-end client relationships, motivating sales force.

- An energetic leader able to attract and retain A+ players
