What this job involves -

This role involves responsibility of revenue generation from Real Estate Capital Markets transactions. The key target is end-to-end deal sourcing, closure, and ownership of the entire process. The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Achieving revenue target for Self

- Real estate transactions in NCR - Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad/ other locations as needed by organization

- Sourcing client mandates, securing and fee collection

- Business development of new client base

- Providing effective capital solutions to clients and opportunities to investors with a strong knowledge advisory basis to pre-empt investments to forward looking trends.

To apply Must to have: -

- Demonstrated deal closure ability with deal sheets to substantiate

- Structured debt investment, project finance, Real Estate fund raising, Land/Building sales, investment banking, valuations, lending and private equity.

- Developer and Landlord relationships and with strong references

- Investor relationships and references

- Must be proficient in location/ NCR Real Estate regulations and Development Control Schemes
