Responsibilities:
- One of the key responsibility is to manage and develop team.
- Reports, MIS, analysis and developing actionable sales dashboard.
- Achieve sales targets with growth year on year.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Drive market research projects to analyze and identify market needs to keep well informed on industry changes and trends, competitor analysis & participate in external events directly involved with our prime markets.
- Amplifying marketing strategies through short term and long-term planning.
- Led from front starting from ideation to formation, execution and monitoring of all the marketing initiatives for each business vertical.
- Formulating strategies for achieving organizational objectives, conceptualizing and implementing annual sales and marketing plans in alignment with vision and mission in collaboration with business heads and CEO.
- Increase company's footprint, expand market share & generate sustainable revenue gains steering efforts to comprehensive pricing of our services.
- Collaborate with Pan India branch & Lab managers to create client wish lists and to execute multi-region sales/account strategies.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business and directly manage some key accounts.
- Keep firmly abreast of technical and commercial developments in the market and make recommendations for service development.
- Competition Analysis.
- Developing positioning location wise / customer wise / product wise with each P&L leader.
- Recruiting, development & monitoring sales personnel.
