Note - 6 days working (Sat -WFH) Key Responsibilities to Deliver (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual): - Own the revenue targets and action plans for E-Commerce - Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team and ensuring to achieve targets assigned - Collaboratively work with the sales, service, and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers - Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives - Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own - follow-through with the lead prospect - Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications - Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management - Address and support customer escalations, queries quickly to improve customer satisfaction - Actively participate in the respective regional OKR meetings - Guide customers to transact through eStore and close deals Ideal Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role: - Any Bachelors/ Masters from accredited institution. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience from sales telemarketing experience. Experience from Healthcare & E-Commerce based industry is an added advantage. - Experience with MS Excel - Excellent presentation & Articulation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact - High-level written and verbal communication skills. - Should adapt to an dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing matrix environment - Ability to effectively network across a variety of teams to build solid relationships. - Capability and willingness to operate on both macro and micro issues. - Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
