Genpact - Vice President - Transitions - Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Transitions The role demands the leader to be multifaceted and be able to skillfully manage all successfully : - As a thought-invoking, innovative storyteller and a reliable trusted business advisor, the Master Transition Leader, on a bed-rock of Transformation-based exchanges will drive Transition imperatives and help build strong relationships - As a P&L owner, the role will be accountable for revenue generation and for driving AOI impact during the transition &amp; transformation journey. - Be a follower and promoter of Global Outlook - by being curious and by constantly adopting and encouraging innovation through internal/external intelligence. - As a T&amp;T Program Manager, VTLs of the future will lead &amp; manage the end to end of the Transformation program, be accountable for the realization of outcomes/benefits and hold responsibility for the effective closure of strategic deals. - As a People Investor take on personal responsibility to coach members of the team on Transformation Services and Solutions and on Transition skills of the future, while continuing to champion the lean digital/strategic initiatives in alignment to the functional and organizational growth agenda. Requirement : - Post-graduation degree/ MBA - Technical/Digital background - Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent certification - Experience in Leading and executing Projects - Involvement in Six Sigma initiatives and projects - Transitions experience - Develop the transformation blueprint / plan in line with the required change, associated costs and intended benefits. - Experience in cost Model creation and management Extensive experience in managing multi-functional teams &amp; change management with internal and external stakeholders along solution experience - Digital deployment experience in consulting background at CXO level with demonstrated expertise in building E2E transformative solution
