Operations, to lead 300+ FTE RTR shop (Covering E2E scope - From Transactional processes like FA, ICO to Financial / Statutory Reporting

- Balance growth and maintain noise free existing operations across all geographies

- Flawless execution of Operational deliverables through a robust operational and controls/compliance framework
- Drive Transformation across RTR processes to enable best in class performance and cost of operations
- Actively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points
- Provide direction and coaching to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a strong team
- Align with customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
- Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
- Ability to build impactful customer relationship; enhance Net Promoter Score
Knowledge, Experience, Education
Essential
- CA with 13 - 15 years of experience in the R2R domain
- Prior Operations experience in the BPO Industry
- Experience in leading large teams
- Experience of leading / driving Transformational projects/initiatives
Desirable
- Transitions experience
