Operations - Managing Global PTP processes (300+ FTE)

By providing Genpact demonstrable depth in AP - Partner with Customers on E2E Transformation of PTP processes leveraging Digital Assets / Tools & Technology and Global ERP systems

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:
- Post Graduate in Commerce or CMA / CA Semi Qualified

- Balance growth and maintain noise free existing operations across all geographies
- Understand E2E PTP processes across markets and geographies - drive synergies and cost out from consolidation and standardization
- Communicate with customers at a strategic level and align with customer needs and expectations
- Partner with customer on leading/driving Transformation initiatives to enable best in class cost of operations and performance

- Flawless execution on Operational deliverables through a robust operational and controls/compliance framework
- Drive lean/six sigma, best practices framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective
- Actively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points
- Provide direction and coaching to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a strong team
- Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently
- Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans
- Ability to build impactful customer relationship; enhance Net Promoter Score
Knowledge, Experience, Education
Essential
- Post Graduate in Commerce or CMA / CA (Semi Qualified) with 13 - 15 years of F&A domain experience.
- Experience of leading / managing Global PTP Operations from a third party BPO perspective
- Experience in leading large teams
Desirable :
- Transitions and Transformation experience
- Knowledge / Experience of Digital tools / Technology applicable for E2E PTP processes
