Genpact - Vice President - Lead Architect

This role is expected to drive the design and architecture of the core platform and products built on the platform

Technical Pre-requisites :

- Strong experience in designing and architecting scalable platforms.

- Hands on development expertise, including coding, code reviews and performance optimisation

- Strong experience with data modelling and database optimisation

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues.

- Experience with .Net platform a big plus.

- Experience in building workflow platforms (not mandatory but a plus)

- MUST have significant experience with building and delivering enterprise products and platforms
