Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, IT Operations Leader In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT operations run smoothly and deliver high uptime of the IT infrastructure. As part of the IT leadership you will have to provide Guidance, set processes and monitor performance of the team in delivering robust IT operations. Responsibilities : - Ensure High Uptime of IT infrastructure - Provide Leadership to the IT operations Team Globally - Lay out the strategy, establish processes &amp; Measurement systems and Monitor Progress - Represent IT with CXO level Stakeholder both within and Outside Genpact - Participate in Planning and Financial Budgeting and take ownership for Delivery - Work as a trusted partner for Business Stakeholders Qualifications : Minimum qualifications : B.
