- Experience of in F&A Operations
- Responsible to Lead Operations & service delivery for existing and all new retail deals
- Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
- Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
- Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.
- Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.
- Effective communication with people management experience
