About the business( Describe nature of business in detail): The Order to Cash Subject matter expert team is a support system to the Business development team and the client facing organization in specific acting as the Go-to point for all Order to Cash related activities, processes and potential opportunity pursuits. We have SME’s spread across globally supporting initiatives, pursuits and operational support across our wide client base.

Job Responsibility:

- As part of the OTC practice organization, respond to RFX requests and solution for the same as an integral part of the Deal team and drive business for OTC associating with BD and GRM’s.

- Drive OTC specific initiatives to improve solution capabilities

Work experience background required (describe work exp of suitable candidates):

- At least 8-12 years of experience in managing Order to Cash activities or leading a team of OTC delivery operations preferably in a 3rd party service provider environment; though captive SSC expertise also acceptable.

- Client facing experience, excellent communication skills, logical and analytical capabilities. Understanding and prior experience of having worked on RFP deals an addition, though not absolute requirement.

Years of experience (Mention Range): Minimum of 8 years up to 12 years

Essential skills: Analytical and Logical reasoning, self driven, excellent communication (written and verbal)

Preferred skills: Same as above
