Sourcing & Procurement (Commodity and Direct Material experience)-Evening Shift (6:30 Pm to 3:30 Am) Location- Bangalore Shift Timing- Evening (6:30 pm to 3:30 am) Minimum Qualifications : - Experience in procurement of turbine components for example Pre-Fabricated Piping, Control compartments, Batteries, HVAC, Inlet duct, Exhaust Ducts, Stack, Filter housing, Dampers, Structures, Firefighting system, Grating, HRSG non-pressure Parts and other Power Plant equipment and systems like Lube oil skids/base plates/Load Coupling/ Small Machines parts. - Experience in procurement function of large power generation projects will be added advantage. - Ability to perform market trend analysis, external benchmarking, spend analysis, supplier rationalization and development, supplier risk, performance, compliance monitoring, and ongoing supplier management and governance - Experience leading large teams and driving year over year cost savings across multiple indirect spend categories. - Extensive experience running Procurement practice - Experience in Leading Procurement and Allied functions of large Project organization in Oil & Gas / Aviation / Infra / Energy Sector desired - Experience in Award of Contracts, Logistics & Commercial Areas - Experience in Global sourcing - Experience establishing complex sourcing strategies and executing to plan - Ariba / eSourcing knowledge is a good plus. - Experience of working with global teams. - Strong communication skills (must) Systems Experience : ERP Systems (Oracle / SAP / Ariba, any other S&P tools): proficiency
