Designation : Band 4Dx (Senior Manager)

Location : Hyderabad, Pocharam

Shift Timings : 13.00 pm to 22.00 pm (sure stretching during month end)

Reporting Structure : Reporting to Senior Manager

Minimum Qualification : CA

Experience : 6-9 years in industry - Post Qualification Experience

Type of Experience : Month end close, GL Accounting, Financial Reporting, Team & stakeholder management experience

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:

Process:

- End to End understanding of RTR process

- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax reporting, International Financial Reporting Standards, internal controls

- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal and external customers

- Ability to build and establish a good working relationship within the team

- Strong customer service skills

- Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Working Knowledge of relevant ERP & application

Customer:

- Build the customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

- Strong conceptual accounting knowledge

- Working knowledge in ERP packages (preferably in SAP & JDE)

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written

- Excellent skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Take ownership and to handle independently
