Genpact - Senior Consultant/AM - Center of Excellence - MI Reporting

JOB DESCRIPTION : Team Member - Center of Excellence Reporting (MIS)

Key Responsibilities :

Position will be responsible for executing a range of tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager and IC CoE Leader covering :

- Reporting Improvements, both qualitative & quantitative using different automation tools & methods

- Internal communication management

- Effectively communicate work products to client and internal stakeholders

- Assisting other IC CoE work streams with reporting requirements

- Team space ownership

- Conducting surveys

- Liaising with support functions like HR, IT to solve CoE challenges

- Maintenance of trackers and dashboards to highlight CoE performance

- Play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of reports by follow ups with other IC COE Teams.

Key Qualification and Experience requirements :

- Post graduate degree

- 2-6 years of work experience in Management Reporting

- Strong data analysis capabilities

- Good with Microsoft Excel automation

- Ability to draft / launch / collate results for internal and external communications

- Has good presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities

- Position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

- Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and professionalism

- Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, Power point

- Excellent communication and teaming skills
