Job Description: - End to end Supply Chain experience with broad knowledge in multiple areas (primarily related to Transportation / Supply Planning / Procurement) - Change Management champion/Supply Chain Transformation experience - Liaise with clients and understand the business requirements and the functional goals thereby identify problem statements that the Company could potentially support - Identify avenues for application of digital technologies, conduct POCs, prepare business cases. Drive development &amp; implementation of the identified initiatives - Should have led transformation/digital projects which would have resulted in business impact for the client - Identify technological improvements relevant to Genpact's context by conducting high level research on feasibility and applicability to take them to implementation stage - Work with the Operating leads, Operations team and Client partner in identifying areas of Transformation and coordinate with internal teams (Solutions, Practice &amp; Digital) to ensure project closure
