Inviting Applications for SAP MDM (Vendor/Customer Master) Job Description &amp; Responsibilities: - Good knowledge and working experience on Vendor, Customer, Product and Hierarchy mapping domains along with Strategy Master Data Solutions. - Perform MDM requests from different data domains, Adhoc request and daily activities. - Proactive data analysis and identify need to data cleansing and enrichment. - Perform all activities on periodic basis to meet the SLA &amp; TAT and report out to client and internal stake holders (Ex: Monthly, quarterly and yearly) ensuring activities completed within agreed time and of highest quality and ensuring metrics met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable. - Perform Process Controls &amp; documentation, Quality Check. etc. - SOP documentation during OJT/KT and during BAU, capturing all the rules and exceptions in the process. This is an ongoing activity that demands good analytical and writing skills - Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc. - Should have abilities to perform quality audits on timely basis to validate and ensure the process in executed with error free and high quality data standards.
