SAP Global Practice Leader
Responsibilities :
- Head the SAP Operations
- Manage the P & L and ensure margins in line with the company expectations without compromising quality and growth
- People and SAP Competency Management including SAP expertise, Program and Project Management, Service Delivery management and front end consulting skills
- Responsible for revenue, EBIT, NPS, Quality, Attrition
- Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver against client revenue and adequate manage capacity for growth
- Strong delivery expertise and accountability of ensuring on time, on budget delivery which would lead to client reference ability
- Support sales and solutions resources in building high class client responses
- To work closely with the Business Development Team to close engagements, execute deals and deliveries and lead from the front where required
- Strategize on market positioning across SAP products customer focus
- Collaborate effectively with other key Genpact stakeholders within the organization (Verticals, Support functions, Competency, Technology and consulting teams)
- Mature the team to become thought leaders for the subject matter domain both within organization and with target customers
- Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions to Leadership team executives and stakeholders, building up the reputation of being a trusted advisor for the clients.
- Provide subject matter expertise across technology/functions to drive implementation of technology strategy and roadmap direction.
