Roles and Responsibilities  - Leads team through Direct sourcing, contracting, and purchasing to leverage buying power and recommends appropriate sourcing strategies and tactics supports opportunistic tactical negotiations.  - Leads and manages teams supporting various transnational, tactical and strategic direct procurement and sourcing activities  - Supports baseline process and helps determine and capture specific cost savings  - Provides guidance and manages the Buyers to ensure they meet service level agreements and adhere to Purchasing strategies  - Establishes and sets the strategic direction of the operations teams  Primary Functional Responsibility Areas to include:  - Sourcing Execution (Sourcing strategies / Drive deflation on spend management)  - Customer / Stakeholder Relationship Management  - Requisitioning (team management)  - Buying support (team management)  - PO Creation support (team management)  - Contract management (team management)  - Baseline & Savings Support (team management)  Minimum Qualifications :  - Minimum of 9+ years strategic sourcing, service and category management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position  - Extensive experience running Direct Procurement practice  - Experience in Leading Procurement and Allied functions of large Project organization in FMCG, CPG industries  - Experience in SAP MM, SRM and ECC is Mandatory
