1. Supervising/Managing Vendor Compliance activities(CLRA)

2. Regulatory Licenses-monitoring and Management( S & E, CLRA, PF, ESI Etc)

3. Good knowledge on Local/Employment Laws etc

4. Advising all cross functions- on all legal aspects

5. Handling litigations/Court matters/ Recovery matters

6. Doing investigations and Due diligence

7. Validating/Vetting Contracts, Leases, Real Estate Agreements/Amendments/Sows and negotiate on Legal clauses.

8. Good communication skills
