Focus of the Function  Key Responsibilities:  1. Building transformative solutions (proactive proposals and reactive bids) for our potential clients in Genpact's largest industry vertical, Banking Financial Services.   2. Responsible for building Solution capability and innovative assets in key core banking areas to solve for some our clients biggest pain areas.  3. Responsible for thought leadership and continuous innovation to progressively bring cutting edge capabilities in our solutions.  4. In addition, will lead the solutions shared service and knowledge management based out of India to enable effective solutioning process across the globe.  The role requires strong competencies across core banking domain coupled with excellent understanding of process re-engineering, digital and analytical capabilities to be able drive banking transformation for our clients..  Why does this job exist:  To create effective transformation solutions taking addressing our banking customer needs and adopting Genpact's proprietary Lean Digital approach.  How does the role add value:  Directly contributes to growth, creates/modifies solutions to address market needs   How is this role unique from others:  This role is a combination of innovative solutioning mindset, good commercial sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, problem solving mindset, etc.).  Who are the key relationships for this role:  The key relationships internally to be maintained in this role are with the Sales/Practice Leaders/Functional teams. Externally it is analyst, domain experts, consultants/influencers, and most importantly, clients.   What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:  MBA, approx. 10-17 years of experience (preferable).  What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years:   - Building deep Banking Solution development capability across the globe for banking  - Continuously drives systemic innovation through deep customer involvement, collaboration with experts and scanning the environment for cutting edge solutions  - Driving Thought leadership quotient in the team  - Setting up cohesive and superlative service delivery across Global Solutioning process  Specific Competences ( Essential)  - Deep Domain expertise in Banking Financial Services  - Strong knowledge of cutting edge trends, digital technologies and analytics capabilities to enable banking transformation.  - Out-of-the box thinker; strong problem solving capabilties  - Excellent influencing and Collaboration Skills  - High degree of attention to detail  - Strong Commercial Sense  Specific Competences (Desirable)  Preferred list of skillsets/experience:  - Consulting experience - demonstrated ability to convey value proposition, differentiators in a compelling manner to win new relationships/opportunities  - Experience leading sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, Orals, Due Diligence, Contracting)  - Design Thinking/Lean Six Sigma skills  - Banking Operations - first hand operational involvement across multiple functional towers, ideally for 10+ years
