Looking for diverse profiles   Taleo ID - COR005913  Recruiter's name : Sheetal Lal   Job Description - Infrastructure & DevOps Delivery Lead  SUMMARY :   The Infrastructure & DevOps Delivery Lead oversees Genpact PVAI AWS infra and DevOps activities, principally for designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing. Analyses system requirements and ensures that systems will be securely integrated with current applications. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Has a deep understanding of system development in cloud environments, including Software as Service (SaaS), Platform as Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). Has a good understanding of build and release management.  The Infrastructure & DevOps Delivery Lead is also responsible includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios. The releases can be inclusive of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects, and Programs. Where necessary you- ll provide tools and services to help product management and project teams manage and deploy releases into production.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :  1. Design, architect, and implement next-generation system architecture and automation solutions;  2. Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environments;  3. Own and lead initiatives to define, design, and implement DevOps solutions which includes reference architectures, estimates, and costing;  4. Provide technical leadership, project guidance, and business development in various mobile technology areas;  5. Advise business and technology delivery leadership on how to translate the client's infrastructure and automation business requirements into executable technology solutions;  6. Participate in customer's workshops and provide presentations of the proposed solution;  7. Act as a subject matter expert on DevOps best practices with Cloud Formation, Auto Scaling Groups, and Configuration Management;  8. Perform analysis best practices and emerging concepts in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, and Enterprise Security;  9. Acts as a technical liaison between clients, service engineering teams and support;  10. Define common business and development processes, platform and tools usage for mobile solutions and delivery;  11. Review and audit of existing solution, design and system architecture;  12. Serve as a systems and automation evangelist providing thought leadership, participating in conferences, authoring white papers, etc;  13. Perform profiling, troubleshooting of existing solutions;  14. Create technical documentation.  Skills :  - Broad knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies along with change and configuration management practices in Linux-based environments;  - Strong knowledge of cloud environments;  - Strong scripting skills (Python, Ruby, Perl);  - Experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, and release engineering tools (Bamboo, Jenkins);  - Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible);  - Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS);  - Prior consulting, advisory, or professional services experience is preferred;  - Demonstrated project management experience in Agile (Scrum), which includes project planning, execution, risk management, and resource management;  - Strong knowledge and expertise in DevOps solution delivery and strategy;  - Solid knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts;  - Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis;  - Active community member and contributor to open source projects is a plus;  - Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills;
