Role: - Very strong exposure of Delivery Management of multiple projects. - Experience in working with banking captives either in the captive as a delivery manager or as an account manager for service delivery. - Must have worked at least 5-6 years in Development and Production Support projects. Exposure to Infrastructure a plus. - Excellent client facing skills with ability to engage in project level details with client stake holders from program managers to CIO level. - Experience in P&amp;L management. - Excellent people management experience - Excellent process management experience with prior experience in managing large teams. - Excellent presentation and reporting skills with experience in creating and presenting status to C-level executives. - Excellent collaboration and coordination skills with experience in working in matrix organization. - Must have managed teams of at least 60+ consultants in prior roles. - Experience on the Transition and Due Diligence done for IT Services Projects - Must come from IT services background - Must be well versed with optimizing programs, improving profitability &amp; retention.
