Genpact - HR Business Partner - Data Analyst Specialist

Experience needed :

- Should have worked on Data Analytics, people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics

- Should be able to support the HR team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, processes or programs

- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed

- Should be able to communicate findings to management via formal presentations and reporting

- Very strong Analytical, Logical reasoning & problem solving skills.

- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, and trends.D

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
