We're building a team of brilliant people who will work together to build best of breed F&A products.  Responsibilities :  - Strong background in software engineering who can independently lead the development of Force.com based applications through rigorous Product management & Engineering discipline.  - Demonstrate good technical acumen and works with product managers to build enterprise applications   - Hands on with cloud-based applications development platforms   - SFDC/Force.com: Required  - AWS/Azure: Nice to have  - Work with other Pre-sales/sales, Implementation teams, Professional services, Data Scientists  - Passion for learning and working with others to improve yourself, the team, the product, the company  - Excellent technical acumen to understand the architecture of applications, work on enhancements & change requests for existing customer   Requirements :  - BE/B.tech/MCA/ Computer Science or equivalent experience  - 10+ years of technical experience in cloud-related technologies (Hands on with at least one object-oriented Programing language)   - Understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies  - At least 2+ Agile based development projects completed.  - Must be able to live with ambiguity, build strong engineering rigor and prioritize.  - Best in class DevOps experience.   - Proven knowledge of Salesforce.com Ecosystem (Visualforce, lightening, Apex, Triggers, Governance Limits, Force.com platform, APIs)  - Knowledgeable on AI, Data Analytics, ML will be added advantage   - Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities  - Excellent written & oral communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction  - Able to manage 10+ Developer, tech lead, Business analyst, QAs & associate engineers in remotely /different time-zones.  - Self-starter who is proactive and excellent with multi-tasking.   - Location - Candidate should be flexible to work from any of the Gurgaon/Noida office (Preferably Noida)
