Inviting applications for the role of Director - Regulatory Compliance Solution About the Job : In this role, you will be responsible for leading and helping in product build, marketing and sales pitches for an end-to-end Compliance Solutions (Code of Conduct, ABAC, T&E etc.) through internal and external collaboration. You will also be responsible for supervising delivery for clients with a focus on fraud and noncompliance in the Accounts Payable, Travel and Entertainment process and Anti-corruption regulations. Core Responsibilities - Build creation of sales pipeline by actively participating in client discussions and leading relevant proposals / Solution response - Create/refine existing service offerings including delivery model, commercial model and technology solution - Developing long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients, understanding their businesses to provide tailored insights - Develop Genpact's positioning on the market through a robust and well-thought-through go-to-market strategy. - Identify and create Alliances, associations, and partnerships for solution build and growth - Support enhancements to the product by building end to end compliance framework - Build relevant collaterals based on subject knowledge - Lead key components of a project, including strategy, planning and execution - Lead delivery teams; be responsible for the quality and content of the deliverables. - Manage teams across time zones to ensure adherence to quality and timeliness - Lead projects encompassing documentation and control testing, evaluating internal controls, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectiveness and efficiency of operations including cost management. - Assess and Design compliance controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements - Enhance quality and efficiency of recommended risk solutions by applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analysis - Conduct compliance audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies - A data analytics risk skillset mindset What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements - Major in Accounting or an MBA - Relevant work experience in building & running end-to-end compliance practice - Should have worked on various industry verticals such as BFSI, Life Sciences, CPG, and Industrial Manufacturing. - Should have successfully launched/participated in a companywide Compliance program or should have successfully created a market-facing product in compliance space. - Knowledge of global Compliance, ABAC and FCPA landscape and regulations - Prior experience in compliance across various industry verticals such as Life Sciences, Consumer goods and Industrial Manufacturing. Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical - Prior experience in process audits specifically Travel and Entertainment and Accounts Payable - A practitioner with hands-on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/ due diligence - Should be able to pitch our compliance solution to internal and external stakeholders - Should have managed / operated accounts including client management, delivery and quality management, team management and operational hygiene management Ideally, you'll also have - Exposure to Digital Technologies and understanding of AI / ML leverage within sectors - Excellent verbal and written communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Report writing, an analytical mind, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong team leadership skills - Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
