Key Responsibilities :  - The role is to support underwriting and portfolio monitoring one of the teams in the commercial lending business. It requires deep domain expertise in SME underwriting including Financial Analysis and KYC processes.  - The candidate will be responsible to work closely with the manager of the process as be an SME mentoring 4-5 junior resources and bringing in thought leadership and ability to do work which is judgemental and not just process driven. He will be responsible for Quality of work done by junior resources apart from delivering on his own deals.   Required Background :					  - The candidate should be a CA or MBA Finance with 5 - 9 years of experience in Corporate/SME credit risk department in the banking sector. He should have deep experience in Financial Statement Analysis and KYC processes which are inherent in any Underwriting or Portfolio Review processes in the banking sector
