Genpact - Credit Risk Analytics

1. Develop Statistical models to predict Credit Risk, account payment behavior and improve collection effort.

2. Design Portfolio Segmentation based on business criteria

3. Analysis of existing credit/ collection policies to identify areas of oppurtunity

4. Identify optimal treatment for diverse consumer segments to improve collection efforts and minimize credit risk

5. Generate reports to track portfolio performance

6. Engagement with in house team on driving growth initiative like product development, pre-sales support

7. Client management

Specific Competence (Essential)

1. Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management.

2. The Candidate should have strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

3. Strong understanding of Credit Risk and Collections analytics - early/late/recoveries/agency management

4. Experience of managing clients, projects and resources

5. The candidate will be expected to support and drive new growth - solutioning, support, pre- sales

6. Candidate should have 6+ years of experince in Risk and collections modelling with proven experience in advanced modelling, segmentation, strategy, forecasting and other related multivariate techniques.

7. Candidate must have a Masters degree in Statistics/Economics/Operations/Mathematics/Business Administration

Specific Competence (Desirable)

1. Experience working with open source analytics tools as well as machine learning platforms will be an advantage.

2. Exposure to different technology platforms.

3. Prior exposure to working with client onsite will be an advantage

SAS and SQL experinece is important.
