Genpact Capital Markets - Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Client coverage at an MD and senior ED level, New Deal Generation, Own the sales cycle

- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities (in the applicable vertical)

- Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals

- Generating & closing opportunities / engagements with MD's and C-level buyers

- Working closely with the presales and delivery organizations to foster a client centric culture and cohesive teaming environment

- Serving as a trusted adviser to Genpact's largest clients (in the applicable vertical) and capable of providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives (in applicable vertical).

- Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance Genpact's brand in the applicable vertical.

- Working with advisory and analyst firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships

- To achieve our new business and overall revenue targets the person will also identify and qualify prospects within existing accounts where Genpact has the relationships initiated but not established in IT, be accountable for the full sales cycle from identifying and understanding their needs to developing appropriate solutions negotiating and closing deals, develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients at all levels including CXOs, and cross selling a wide basket of our services to our clients.
