Genpact - AVP - SOX & L2 Monitoring - Life Sciences Vertical

We have large SOX / L2 monitoring mandates of various companies in the Life Sciences vertical. The clients need operational efficiency and need the assurance around these to be strong, improving continuously. These are 2 main focus points for this role. Apart from this continuously look for opportunity of enlarging reach in these accounts

Key responsibilities :

- The position is responsible for delivering various solution offerings like SOX and other risk management engagements, for clients

- This also would need to oversee large L2 monitoring mandates across various clients

- Supervise teams of multi-location professionals/ Professionals operating from a delivery center; approx 6 - 10 depending on projects underway

- Manage quality of deliverables and completion of projects within budgeted time.

- Build and maintain client relation by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables.

- Contribute in people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training.

- Identify opportunities for new business opportunities with clients, support in proposal development, identify and develop new solution offerings.

- Making presentations to senior management and/or audit committee on findings / deliverables.

- Must have demonstrated experience in rationalization / optimization / standardization of Sox controls

- Should have detailed knowledge of Internal Control Framework

- Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle

- Operational mindset

- Must have understanding and mind of design thinking

- Large team management skills

- Knowledge of Life Sciences / FMCG industry

Role requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Service Industry

- Good communications skills.

- CA/MBA Degree

- Expertise in SOX and Financial Controls

- Handling Multiple Stakeholder
