Job Description: - End to end ownership of the release lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios. - Curation and provisioning of tools and services (templates, reports, dashboards etc) to help product management and project teams manage and deploy releases into production. - Implementation and management of release processes for code through development, test, and production environments, working collaboratively with all participants in software development projects. - Supporting teams with best practices and metrics as they set up their project management, build dev/test environments. - Working with IT management to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments. - Assisting in managing projects Qualifications: - Previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred). - Experience working in pure - product development- environment required - Formal training in project management practices is a plus. - Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and processes and best practices. - Experience in managing both waterfall as well as Agile/DevOps project lifecycles. - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion - Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills - Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
