Key Responsibilities :  1. Design Order Management solutions for our clients, prospects in consulting projects, continuous improvement projects or deal solutions for new BPO or consulting deals  2. Design joint new domain centric tech offerings to rollout in the market on Order Management - specifically for CPG, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech and Manufacturing Industries  3. Participate in Solution development in RFP, Sol IDs, Due diligences etc  Experience / Skills required:  1. Strong domain knowledge in Order management - order entry and fulfillment, customer service for B2B operations, supply chain knowledge would be a plus - 10+ years  2. Strong communication skills   3. Any one of the following industry experience - CPG, Hi-Tech, Pharmaceutical/LS or Manufacturing  4. Good exposure to re-engineering and consulting work necessary  5. Solutions experience
