We are only looking for female candidates  Recruiter Divya Taleo ID - ANA001592  Summary of Role/Profile :  What is the focus of the function   There are 3 areas that this role will focus on :  - Support solutions that are relevant to the CPG/Retail clients across sub areas such as research, sales analytics, marketing analytics, Trade promotion, Supply chain, pricing etc.   - Develop a team that can execute high-end analytics projects on a project/FTE basis. The team will comprise consultants in India as well as onshore locations  - Support the business development process through good responses to RFP, presentations to customers on our value proposition and developing compelling client related solutions and managing growth  - Ensure Profitability of the business against the plan.   The role would be interacting extensively with 3 other roles within the organization  1. Sales team - for targeting new customers  2. Account management team - to offer new solutions to existing customers  3. This role will focus on growth and innovative thinking around managing growth and fueling more opportunities. Most of the investments that this role will receive will be future focused and will define the future trajectory of the business while focusing on meeting current year revenue and AOI.   Who are the key relationships for this role :  As explained above, the role will be required to work extensively with the business development and enabling teams. There will be significant interactions with CPG vertical within Genpact to drive mining in existing BPM and consulting relationships.   What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role-   PG/ MBA with 10-12 years experience in the CPG industry.   What are the key initiatives and challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years? Developing strong client oriented solutions with strong business understanding and focus?  Specific Competence (Essential)  - Ability to apply Analytics to Business Strategy for our clients.  - Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key stakeholders:   - Ability to independently manage client.   - Ability to manage P&L of the business.   - Knowledge of CPG/Retail Industry and market dynamics.   - Strong facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills (internal & external)  - Ability to manage large scale operations.  - Superb analytical and problem-solving skills   - Ability to work in a multicultural environment   Specific Competence (Desirable)  - Ability to create products and solutions leveraging partners, products or Practice teams.  - Ability to create offshore and onshore solutions for clients  - Ability to work through RFP/ RFQ process and develop winning solutions  - Ability to work through complex structure and ambiguity.  Key Roles and Responsibilities Knowledge, Experience and Education External and Internal Contacts:  - Partner with existing customers and Global BD teams for deeper penetration and diversification of service offerings amongst customers and prospects respectively.   - Understand Clients- Needs & Business Imperatives, & consult on how to use Analytics strategically to drive those imperatives.   - Manage the growth of the business and also maintain profitability against the operating plan.  - Work closely with delivery and BD teams to meet revenue commitments for the year for the vertical via aggressive prospect management and consultative selling.   - Build out people and business strategy for the scaled up business for future.  Essential :  - Prior experience or exposure in the CPG/Retail industry   - Post Graduate/ MBA for premier School.   - 10-12 yrs of work experience Experience of working in a consulting firm - Large or a specialized boutique firm around CPG clients.  - With analytics exposure in areas of Marketing Analytics, Trade Promotion and/ or Supply Chain.   Desirable :  - Consultative selling experience desired  - Understanding of US CPG & Retail Market   - Global mindset and exposure  CXO levelly connects in the US CPG/Retail / Europe industry is a bonus
