Also managing client's expectation extremely important.  Who are the key relationships for this role :  The key relationships to be maintained in this role are with the Client Owner level, Genpact Operating Leaders for the accounts and the Global leadership team consisting of the GRM functional team  What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role :  1. Should have managed Insurance operations (Team of at least 100+) with understanding of claims and Underwriting business  2. Proven record of handling clients independently and having transitioned knowledge from onshore locations  3. Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and championing improvement projects  4. Proven record of handling people across levels  What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years :  Develop relationships with the client, build a strong understanding of the client's strategy and issues faced by them, have them see Genpact as a thought leader in their industry, defend and maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth  Specific Competencies (Essential) :  - Commercial Savviness - understand P&L, cost levers, etc.  - Understanding of how Insurance Industry works- at least working knowledge of Underwriting or Claims  - Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks  - Ability to manage multiple geographies and understand/appreciate the cultural nuances  - Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures.  - Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing and consensus building skills  - Work effectively with virtual and geographically and culturally diverse teams  - Exception verbal and written communication and Presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently & confidently to senior leadership within GENPACT and Client organization  - Ability to work with all levels of the organization  Key Roles and Responsibilities :  - This will be Operating Leader position in Insurance Vertical  - The team size will be between 100-120 FTEs.Combination of associates, managers.  - The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities, the entrepreneurial mindset to build on existing capabilities,  - Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement.  - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.  - Proactively understand Clients- business need and propose appropriate solutions  - Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver client expectation  Knowledge, Experience, Education :  - Preferably targeted from TCS, Cognizant, Accenture or captive with stability in their career  - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required. MBA would be preferred. 8+ years of experience.  - Should have managed team in Insurance Processes Proven record of handling clients independently and having transitioned knowledge from onshore locations  - Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and championing improvement projects  - Experience in an outsourcing or shared services environment  - Solid client, people management skills, including 10+ years in operational management  - Proficiency in desktop enterprise systems (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint)  AVP F&A Non-Operations :  - Looking for a Claims leader who can manage 250-300 people shop  - Client facing role should have managed large teams,  - Knowledge of Technology Transformation knowledge is must  - Need experience in Commercial Claims and Underwriting business  - Responsible for Operations delivery  - Combination of transformation and operations  Location - Noida is a prime location but open for Gurgaon / NCR  Shift Timings - (12-9) but should be flexible
