Genpact - AVP - Operational Risk & Compliance

We are looking for Operational Risk and Compliance professionals for AVP level .

Requirements :

- Expertise in Risk & Compliance experience in outsourced business is preferable.

- Exposure in Internal Audit, Risk Management

- Demonstrated background in influencing key internal decision-makers to achieve desired outcomes

- Good working knowledge of Operational processes

- Good knowledge of the financial services industry

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner

- Be able to think differently, unconventionally, and from a different perspective

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
