Key Responsibilities :
1. Solution Design
- Lead Solutioning & Pre-Sales efforts for global deals including responsible for driving Revenue growth across competitive and sole-source pursuits
- Provides demonstrable expertise in Source to Pay (S2P) - helping win new deals, coach, and mentor existing account teams to move along the service value chain, provide consulting depth to customers in the Source to Pay (S2P) S2P space
- Ensure quality and adequate thought leadership in Solutions - Create IP and original artifacts that would feed into continually improving solution qualities leveraging external breathing and Virtual Expertise on a regular basis
- Setting up the right RFX infrastructure - Create repeatable/re-usable assets that lead to improved effectiveness in solutions at higher through-put rates
- Ability to manage Solutions that require Sourcing/Category Intelligence and Technology platforms - creating the optimal techno-commercial constructs
2. Articulate Value proposition
- Create and demonstrate key value proposition. Articulate the influence of solution on key business outcomes and the value of the created solution.
Profile :
- Engineers, graduate with Masters, MBA preferred, followed by 10-15 years solution and domain experience.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes/systems and technology, in particular Sourcing, eProcurement. eSourcing, e-Auctions, Contract Databases and transaction - e-procurement- catalogue systems
- Past experience in leading Procurement operations/processes for large global client as a Solution Architect
- Proven track record of driving change in people and processes, with strong project management, implementation, and process improvement skills - Knowledgeable in S2P Tech applications
- Consultative skills and structured thought process, Creative thinking/innovative mindset
- Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations across the S2P spectrum
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build strong partnerships, works and communicates well with all levels of leadership (both client & internal)
- Ability to work in matrix organization and cross functional teams across India, US and spread across Europe
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed (average 50-60%)
- Self -starters comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment who enjoy building a business with integrity
