Minimum Qualification - Experience in the field of Knowledge Management/Content Strategy and Governance - Should have championed sophisticated projects from developing the business case through implementation in the professional services industry - Big 4 /Tier 1 strategy consulting firms (Bain, Mck, BCG)/Tier 1 competition (Accenture, TCS, Infosys etc.) - Ability to blend domain knowledge - Good understanding of BPM and Consulting business practices - Excellent executive presence to interact with cross-functional senior Business Leaders - Influencing skills, Creative thinking/innovative mind-set - Prior Knowledge of Content Management Portals/Intranet - SharePoint Online, any other
