Role:
This role is for a professional with deep experience in HRO Industry. This role will provide expertise in : driving transformation projects for Genpact's key Industry clients ; Leading HRO specific thought leadership focusing on providing best practices to handle HRO nuances and trends; Building talent and supporting pre- sales and solutioning
Role and Requirements:
Create Industry specific solutions
- HRO Practice Development along with supporting Sales team's efforts on solutions with the specific focus on solution development
- Provide expert inputs for development of new Industry solution
- Provide sales support i.e. inputs to sales proposals, client visits, new solution development
- Designing solutions per client's requirements; developing, implementing and transitioning processes in line with the strategy specified by the client
Drive transformation projects
- Collaborate with sales and re-engineering team to create specific proposals for HR transformation projects for clients
- Participate in driving transformation projects, HR Shared Service assessment, design & implementation for clients
- Identification of opportunities for implementation of HRO leading practices at potential client deals
- Collaborate with client delivery teams for implementation of Industry specific leading practices
Lead Thought Leadership
- Identify industry benchmarks, leading practices, industry specific processes for each HR sub-process
- Embed Industry leading practices into new client solutions
Digital
- Bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the HR life cycle to help them raise their performance to new heights
Talent development
- Collaborate with Capability Development/ Training team for identifying new training modules applicable for development of skills across various proficiency levels
- Provide expertise on development of new training modules
Experience and Qualification
Specific experiences should include
- Experience in Hire to Retire Operations for clients / Solutioning/ consulting role/s
- Understanding of key benchmarks, and ways of driving performance to match benchmarks
- Ability to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)
- Has engaged directly with Clients (Business Leadership) across Geographies (cross culture experience is desired)
- Is able to work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams
- Good knowledge of MS office (Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills) and must be a creative thinker
- Experience on HR ERPs like SAP/Oracle is required ( Experience on Workday will be a huge differentiator)
- Should have a valid passport, preferably with a US visa, and willing to travel domestically / internationally
