Function: Service Line Finance

Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Supply Chain Consulting

We are looking for CA/ MBA (Finance) with meaningful Financial Planning and Analysis experience and knowledge in the accounting domain.

This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the timely & accurate reporting of financials; be a point of partner concern for issues arising out of the support function, and troubleshoot the issues therein; responsible for the annual planning process of the consulting business;

Support the business finance leader in crafting the accurate set of view for the business. Be an active partner with the second level of leadership and other support function leaders. Running the pricing function for consulting business

Responsibilities

- Annual financial planning, monthly forecasting of Marketing/Sales cost for all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards

- Monitor targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Function wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role

- Review Month close activities for functional cost i.e. accruals, re-classes

- Provide functional support to the Supply Chain Consulting team in short term and long term strategy like change in Org structure, cost benefit analysis for new investment, etc.

- Lead close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip

- Work well with the Business/Accounting teams and internal partners to elucidate issues

- Prioritize multiple partners and support the metrics reporting for the important process

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

CA/ MBA Finance

Preferred qualification:

- Good no. of years of experience in financial planning and analysis

- Very good written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance team & senior leadership discussions

- Ability to influence leadership
