Genpact - AVP - Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Support consolidated reporting across the business units and functions of the organization.

- Variance analysis (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc), specifically understand business drivers and reasons for variances

- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis

- Consolidating and analysing results; developing, preparing and presenting results to senior management

- Support Board deck preparation and Earnings call preparation for senior management

- Potentially support functional leaders (e.g. HR, IT) in managing their budgets

Knowledge, Experience, Education :

- Experience analysing revenue lines in detail for a large company/ division

- CA/ MBA Finance

- FP&A Exposure

- Expertise in MS XL and Powerpoint
