AVP - F&A I2I

This role directly contributes to the Company's revenue and margin by adding new business and potential value for growth with the customers.

Key responsibilities :

- Primary responsibility for reviewing work done by team for the Company

- Ensuring team adheres to the close deliverables as agreed in Close calendar every month

- Ensuring all Service levels are met as per agreed Operation definitions with the customer.

- Ensuring thorough governance rigor is followed which is in place - regular reviews with Senior Stakeholders of Business and their team

- Strong customer's centric focus relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, proactive and can do attitude a must; should exude passion and intense curiosity for accurate, value adds analysis.

- Ensuring people practices in place are adhered to - having regular quarterly 1-0-1, ensuring performance development plan, career and succession planning is in place for the entire team.

- Identifying and driving continuous process improvements across the processes thereby driving customer value/Business Impact

Role requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in F&A Domain

- Good communications skills.

- CA/Post Graduate/MBA Degree/

- Handling Multiple Stakeholder

- Shift Timing - Day Hours
