Genpact - AVP - Claims Analytics

This role is a combination of excellent product development and deployment mindset, good commercial sense in structuring deals, and excellent customer facing skills with its main focus at designing cohesive solutions combining the different offerings within organization taking into account customer needs, the industry landscape, and our innovation strategies working seamlessly with Core Insurance Operations service lines of Claims, Underwriting and F&A bring together comprehensive service offering.

Key responsibilities :

- Designing & Refining P&C Claims Analytics solutions primarily for the US market, but also potentially global market that will differentiate us from market leaders and incumbents

- Support building & development of the Analytics solution by liaising effectively with the IT teams, SMEs and potential partners and ensure timely meeting of milestones

- Provide insights and predictive solutions using statistical models for P&C Insurance Claims

- Build claims analytics practice by identifying and implementing analytical solutions using advanced tools and techniques

- Lead the pilot projects for various existing clients to check the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution

- Work with clients and deliver independently

- Build pool of resources and mentor them

- Develop further the Analytics capability in India and other locations to service P & C clients - collateral, people, tools, and processes. Includes developing partnerships and identifying potential acquisitions

Role requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in domain

- Good communications skills.

- Graduate(B.Sc. Math, Statistics/Economics)/Post Graduate(M.A Economics, M.S Statistics, Math)
