The AI growth group in Genpact is focused on transforming the enterprise business processes using AI. The group is responsible for delivering disproportionate value to our clients using technologies including Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Conversational Interfaces, Computational Linguistics, and Deep Learning. This group is looking for sharp business problem solvers who are passionate about deploying AI to unlock new value and deliver results.

Role :

- Frame business problems with the clients such that it can create disproportionate value using AI.

- Reimagine business process to execute using AI

- Work with AI engineers to create new business process automation products and solutions

- Demonstrate deep analytical and transformation thinking to the clients

- Lead the pre-sales process - deal discovery, proposal writing

- Manage client relationship throughout the delivery

- Own the overall solution/product or support overall engagement team

- Manage relationships with partner startups in the AI space. Identify new AI start-ups/partners to work with

Capabilities required :

- Experience in business consulting.

- Experience in Advanced Analytics/Data Science consulting

- Ability to communicate with senior executives

- Hands on experience with modeling using R, Python and similar technology suites

- Hands on experience with business process reengineering and deployment

- Deep understanding of software development life cycle

- Deep understanding of the enterprise technology stack

- Master degree in Business/Operations Research/Analytics/Engineering

- Prior experience in either one of the verticals will be an advantage - Insurance, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Consumer Product or retail
