Minimum Qualifications/skills

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Relevant years of experience in Salesforce or multiple technology with hands-on experience across various clouds and domains.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive critical conversations.

- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

- Prior experience in a COE or similar centralized support role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

- Strong technical aptitude with a passion for diving deep into technology issues and challenges.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and effectively.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
