Inviting applications for the role of AVP- Identity & Access Management In this role you will be responsible as an SME to Build skills in Identity and Access Management Technologies like OIM, CA IAM and knowledge on Core Java with focus on deployment and management Responsibilities : - Drive Problem Management focusing on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with SME groups and Functional leaders across HR/Finance/BU heads - Drive reviews with other with key partners ensuring the platform is aligned to business and compliance needs of the organization - Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal partners and drive message across BU leaders also - Bring Industry standard methodologies to ensure operational stability - Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams - Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are inline with business requirements Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject - Overall 10-15 years of work experience in Core and Advanced Java programming with SME knowledge on Identity and Access Management Technologies like OIM, OKTA, driving adoption, improve business delivery across verticals as Delivery Head Preferred qualifications (Desired Experience) : - Have a proven background in Core and advanced Java programming with exposure to SDLC life cycle - Experience in driving adoption of the platform and derive business value by interacting with HR / Finance / IT leadership teams as Delivery Lead - Previous exposure in Identity Management deployment and management preferably in Oracle OIM platform - Familiar with Access Management on platforms like OKTA including understanding of application integration with SSO, Federation via SAML, OAuth - Should have exposure in deployment of complete code in ADF / Java and building business rules along with customization. - Knowledge on integration with standard Target systems like Active Directory, Mail systems, Applications, Unix systems for provisioning - Phenomenal negotiation and analytical skills with experience in discussing with OEMs on solutions and root cause analysis - Flexible to accommodate time-zones as teams are geographically dispersed Preferred qualifications (Desired Experience) : - Knowledge on PAM Platform like Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust will be helpful - Knowledge in application platforms like Tomcat, WebLogic, SOA, HTTP Servers will be added advantage Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
