Focus of the Function :  - Drive employee engagement as an HR Business Partner to multiple Finance and Accounting accounts in Consumer Goods Retail & Life Sciences vertical with an span of 1000 -1500 F&A employees   - Hire in time, deploy right and develop high quality talent to enable Silent Operation  - Reduce attrition where applicable and drive high employee engagement through career progression  - Maintain control and Deliver productivity on Key Cost levers such as C&B to revenue, Supervisor Span, Band Mix & Effect on Payroll  - Own the Discipline & Compliance framework in accordance with G standards in all global delivery locations for assigned Client accounts   - Provide careers to employees - Fill - 70% positions internally  - Enable growth of the business by partnering closely with business in responding to RFPs & staffing appropriately with speed  What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role :  - 8-10 years experience in Business HR domain.
