Genpact - Assistant Vice President - Business Insight

- We are looking at a corporate Reporting and Analytics Leader who can lead a team of 4-5 analysts to completely reshape the way we do analytics today.

- In this role you should have the ability to play with structured and unstructured data, should be able to provide sharper insights, cutting through the noise, and be able to drive deeper sense on trends as to where market is headed, and where does Genpact stand.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Engineering

- Master's in Business Administration or equivalent Master's degree would be preferred

- Proven track record of driving automations in reporting in addition of in-depth knowledge and experience of financial planning and analytics

- Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise

- Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility and problem solving

- A passion for digitization, driving business outcomes by partnership with Sales and Operations

- Deep domain expertise in financial planning and analytics, creating forecasts, and driving business insights
