In this role you will be at the leading edge of the transformation of procurement. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about data, analytics, and the potential insights that they can yield. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working hands on with various analytics tools, be able to create new applications for the analytics, and work cross functionally to turn those ideas into reality.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new and innovative analyses as part of our procurement service line. Convert relevant analyses into standards that can be incorporated into our service offerings

- Participate in sales and business development activities as a subject matter expert

- Independently build prototype analytics platforms that can be used as a standard

- Work with Genpact client delivery teams in order to provide subject matter expertise and identify use cases that can be productized and commercialized

- Coach junior analysts in best practices, tools, and new techniques

- Partner with our corporate analytics practice to share ideas and best practices

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

- Expert capability in generating actionable insights from large and disparate data sources

- Working knowledge of databases and database structures

- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and analytics concepts

- Ability to clearly present analyses in a visually compelling manner

- Experience working with business financial data such as procurement, accounts payable, supply chain, or operations

- Expert user of MS Excel

- Proficient with MS Access or other database tools

- Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as (Power-BI, Tableau, Qlik)

- Proficiency in MS Office suite

- Degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science
