Genpact - Assistant Vice President - Accounts Payable

Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Account Payable, SME

As Genpact prepares itself to leapfrog into the fast paced environment of Lean Digital and Technological advances, we require leaders who can spear head this change in the Accounts Payable environment. The focus of this role would be to primarily provide consulting and solution leadership for large and medium scale Genpact clients. This would involve strategy development, infusion of technology elements, delivering disruptive transformation ideas and seamless implementation. The identified person should be a thought leader, a key influencer and an inspiring mentor to the team.

Qualifications :

Minimum qualifications :

- Strong domain knowledge

- Experience in providing AP/P2P solutions in multiple industry verticals

- Exposure to latest tools and technologies in AP/P2P (ERPs, Workflows, Invoice Exchange, Settlement Platforms, Robotic Automation etc.)

- Operation / Transformation experience in BPO, ITES organizations

Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance)/B.Com with AP domain experience

Preferred qualifications :

- Development and implementation of P2P/AP tools and technologies

- Exposure to Invoice Exchange platforms like Tungsten, ARIBA, COUPA, Tradeshift, etc.

- Exposure to digital B2P platforms (ARIBA, COUPA, Basware)

- Point of view on emerging technologies - e.g. Blockchain
