Genpact - Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Credit Risk Modeler

Client is an Auto Finance business leader based in US- financing individuals to buy or lease passenger vehicles . Scope of the work is Collections Analytics for the consumer portfolio, which involves developing risk models and also portfolio analysis to ascertain the risk associated with the portfolio.

Job Description & Examples of Key Technical Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be expected to successfully prioritize and manage multiple analytical projects and ad-hoc requests to support business initiatives.

- Supporting end-to-end analysis development, management, and delivery; interfacing between various business and technical teams to compile requirements and design solutions

- Candidate will need to lead development of collections scorecards, loss forecasting models and strategies for treatment optimization across due stages

- Candidate will design, develop and implement analytical solutions to support business directives.

- Design & roll out dashboards to track portfolio performance for business across regions

- Manage and mentor a 5+ member team

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Masters in a Quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics) with 6+ years' experience in Risk and/or Collections Analytics with a desire to participate in consultative engagements

- 3+ years' experience in analytics for consumer lending products, preferably with auto finance analytics

- 3+ years' experience in design of Statistical models using regression techniques like logistic & linear regression

- Knowledge of Database systems

- Proficient in SAS (advanced - SQL, Macros, and Array) - 4+ years' hands on experience

- Well versed with Advanced Excel and VBA

- Experience in handling large data sets and reporting systems

- Ability to interact with all levels of management, strong presentation skills with clear and concise communication

- Experience of managing customers, projects and resources

Desired (Not Mandatory) Experience :

- Exposure to Auto Finance Industry
